Executive physicals, also known as executive health evaluations, can benefit anyone who wants a more thorough evaluation of their health and wellness. They may be particularly appealing to individuals at higher risk for certain health conditions due to their age, family history, or lifestyle.

Executive Health Care with a Personal Touch
An executive physical is a comprehensive exam covering all the basics of a standard physical, plus additional tests and screenings specific to heart health and potential cardiovascular risks. The exam includes an EKG, pulmonary function test, cardiac assessment, and screening ultrasounds of the carotids, thyroid, heart, and aorta. Lab work is also done to screen for cholesterol, thyroid disorders, liver and kidney function, and specific vitamins. Hormones can be checked upon request but may be an additional cost to the patient. The goal of an executive physical is to identify any potential health risks so they can be addressed early on before they become serious problems. By catching potential problems early and taking action to prevent them, executive physicals can help keep people healthy and productive well into their later years.
What to expect during an Executive Physical.
When you walk into our facility, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly, engaging staff that aims to please you. We understand your time is valuable, so we will try to get you in and out promptly (usually in about 60-90 minutes).
Upon your arrival for your initial evaluation, we will perform a comprehensive review of your medical, family, and social history, then proceed with a complete physical exam.
Next, you and your physician will discuss your customized care plan. This plan will be based on your specific needs and include any additional tests or consults that may be appropriate for you.
Finally, your doctor will meet with you in person to review your results, and you’ll talk about any next steps. If you need diagnostic services, we can offer you a broad range of support and treatment options through access to specialists and further recommended follow-up.
